Mindset coaching is not another generic ‘take a deep breath’ checklist.
After our call, as a gift to you, I'll share a simple but elite-level mental routine used by riders who want to perform with clarity, artistry, and consistency — no matter who is watching, what level they're showing, or what pressure they feel.
This routine is designed for dressage riders who want to stop wasting points on preventable mental errors — and instead enter at A already in their best mindset.
This routine is normally reserved for my 1:1 clients but it's my way of saying "Thank you for trusting me with your time.". I'll make sure you leave the call with this routine in your email inbox.
My 3 Promises For The Free Consultation Call:
1. I'll lead you through the consultation with questions for 20-45 minutes. You only have to share what you're comfortable sharing with me. Everything about the call is confidential--even your name. It's all between you and me.
2. No pressure. I only sell with permission. Once I ask you some questions to understand what's going on with you, I'll ask if you want to hear about my 12 week 1:1 coaching program. I will only share those details and offer with you if you indicate you are interested.
